Just Purchased 2006 E55 AMG Need mods and rims

I just purchased a 2006 E55 AMG from a friend. It has higher miles, about 150, but all highway, and it has been babied. I do not intend to baby it. It has 18 inch BBS rims which I want to keep to add radials and run when on the track. But, I have been researching and can't find a clear answer to if I can put 20 inch on it, what width, and what tires. I would like to know if they scrub or can also be driven in sport 2 mode as well. Pics are appreciated and so are suggestions.

The main question is what mods. I have looked at Kleeman stage 4 and heard only good things, and have looked at Eurocharged which seems to be a ore for your money, but I have heard a negative comment from a gentleman, and he says he had heard bad things from more than one. I want to maximize my bwh, with a budget of around $10k. What should I add, and what is waste as it relates to horsepower gains. Is tuning a continuing problem when you get to a Stage Four level? Any help is much appreciated. I have been looking here and other places for days.

First things first do a compression test to see the condition of the motor. 150k is a lot of miles. Look at getting 550 cc injectors, a pulley, tune, headers, new ic pump, new heat exchanger, and split the ic system. Also ask your friend when the fuel filter and spark plugs were replaced.

Get your basics covered with maintenance and replacing worn items. Coming from somebody that tracks theirs on a monthly basis, upkeep and PM is the goal to having a happy 211. Don't think about modifying it until you've gone through the whole thing twice
