Battery drain and p0600 code

Yesterday morning tried to start a car but battery was low, cluster lit but didn't start. Started with jump, left it running for like 20 minutes. Battery got charged. Got "battery protection conven. functions temporarily unavailable" message on the dash.
Have not use car since then. Thought that maybe left something turned on on Saturday night.
Today morning tried to start the car but battery was completely drained. Battery showed 4V with a voltmeter. Jumped the car again, after 5 minutes turn it off, battery got charged to 13.6V, looks like alternator is working.
After i started car today i got p0600 code and "Display malfunction Visit workshop" message on the dash.
Aux battery was replaced 2 months ago, main battery was replaced in Nov.2014.
Anyone may have an idea what might be wrong ? Should i look for voltage regulator to replace ?
Thanks in advance for help.

Went to check the voltage. Shows 10.3V.
When opened the door red message showed up on the dash "BRAKE reduced breaking effect Start engine!". Not enough power to crank.
Any ideas what should i look for ?

Have the batteries tested at Autozone.

You have a quiescent current draw. Most common culprit on the 211 is the audio gateway module. Find the fuse and pull it then check for a draw again.

Just pull out the fuse #6 in the trunk and put in fully charged battery, will check the voltage within few hours

Thanks

Minimum Fuse Set

Does anyone happen to know what the minimum set of fuses to run the car is? I don't care about audio, command, seats etc, just want the car to run and start in the morning!

So, I'll need lights, fuel pumps, brakes, etc. What else?
