Have 2 lanes reserved at MIR (Maryland International Raceway) on Friday September 18th for some drag racing. Cost will be $100/car and one lane will be dedicated to drag radial/slick cars only in an effort to keep the track as well prepped as possible. If anyone is interested please let me know and don't forget your helmet. Hours are 9am to 5pm but the track usually isn't ready until closer to 10am. The event will be catered by Famous Dave's for $10 lunch with drink

Sorry, I wasn't even gonna post it up here since most of the time no benzes show up anymore. If you really want to drive out from Ohio then come when it's colder like October 16th at the next rental. Or even November

I understand about not posting here.
I will have more free time this fall, so would love to get back to the track...either running or hanging.
Is there a FB page or somewhere I can find out about the private rentals?

I was the only benz running. Lots of other cars especially ctsvs and gtrs. Lots of nice cars. It was warm out today

Yup and cabin/trunk full of helium balloons! Something weird was happening in first gear where it would like pause for a split second then continue. It was pretty warm out there but it will go 9s soon. I'm not worried about it. Had to take a vid of the interior since there are tons of people who've never seen my car yet want to always say it's gutted
