Titanium Lug Bolts

I am making titanium lug bolts for the Mercedes. We will have them available for the stock wheels (ball seat) as well as aftermarket wheels (conical seat).

The cost for a set of 20 lug bolts is $245.00 in the stock length. If we find a big demand for it we will also start building the lug bolts in extended lengths too so that we can accommodate spacers.

I am doing a run on our machine this weekend so I will have our first run of lug bolts ready to ship next week. If the demand is high and I sell the first run out I will quickly make more on the next weekend.

Please let me know if you would like to pre-order a set.

I love titanium.

This is a cool idea. Be sure to get some weight measurements.

I've worked with titanium a few times and discovered some alloys are unbelievably strong, but the pure stuff is as weak as mild steel, just lighter.
I like the idea of it and would like to see some tensile and fatigue information on the material you're using compared to stock steel bolts.

We use grade 5 titanium which is an alloy.

I bought a set of these from World Motorsport last month for my 911 on Rennlist, and they are awesome. Just beautifully made and finished and fit like OEM. Delivered fast too, and hey these are $5 cheaper than the Porsche set.

I only have pictures of the Porsche ones right now, obviously these are a little different than the Mercedes ones. The Mercedes bolts will not have the floating style washer. The pictures are just to be used a sample of our quality, not an indication of the appearance of the final product for the Mercedes because it will look different.

I am officially interested, mostly for the corrosion resistance and secondarily for weight savings...order info? (Did not see this on your website).
Also I am assuming that this will work with a C63 (stock-ball seat)?

I have them for ball seat (stock wheels) and conical seat (aftermarket wheels) in the stock length for now. I am running them on the machine next weekend and will be shipping them on the following day (Monday).

What stock length are you making them to? Mb has multiple lengths of wheel bolts stock. Also, are you just doing 14mm or both 12 and 14mm bolts?

The price point is good though. No worries of bolts rusting, chrome pealing or the new stupid mb lug bolts with the stainless caps that get all marred up.

I am possibly interested in a set for my E55. How do these compare to the TiKore ones as far as the material used? If you guys are using the same strength material, definitely count me in as i have their set on my SL65 and couldn't be happier. Are you guys planning on doing a security set for those who want the added security?

Do you recommend the same tightening torque as specified by MB?
