Rotiform Wheels & W211 E55
Wondering if anyone here has Rotiform wheels on their W211 E55. Pics and wheel specs would be greatly appreciated!
I really want a set of IND or IND-T's, 18X8.5 and 18X9.5 (both +35mm offset) but can't seem to get a definitive answer from anyone, including Rotiform, if they will clear our brakes. I also can't seem to find anyone who has one in stock to test it out. I'm after a cast wheel, don't want to spend $4-5,000 on a forged set.
Looking forward to seeing/hearing the responses!

I've seen a few random sets on w211's. Here is a quick search, I have some saved in an offline gallery, I'll sort through them later and upload if I have a second.

I would really like to stick to 18s so if anyone is running an 18" rotiform wheel set up, please do share.

E55 AMG (SOLD), EvoSport CLK (SOLD), 2013 GsxR 750 (SOLD)
Based on the specs that you mentioned of...
18x8.5 +35
18x9.5 +35
Those are the exact same specs of the AMG reps that's being sold all over the internet. If the front wheels are slightly concave even by a little bit, they'll most likely fit. Worst case scenario, you'll need a 5mm-7mm spacer. Not a bad look actually. You won't have any problems with the rear.

That's exactly what I was thinking but Rotiform tells me otherwise. They are telling me their cast wheel wont fit but the forged should...
Really hoping that someone comes out of the wood works with their 18s to solve this mystery

That looks FANTASTIC!! My car is silver too with the same spoiler in the rear, you've got good taste man
So i ended up speaking to CarID, Rotiform and a few local vendors and everyone swore up and down that the wheels will work. I ordered the 19X8.5 (+35mm) for the front but they were not even close to fitting. The brakes on the E55 are quite large and I could not clear the brakes depth wise by 0.75-1".
In conclusion, the IND and IND-T's will probably work on most W211's however, not on the AMG models due to the brakes.
I have photos that I'll try to upload later.

To be honest I got my inspiration from the E55 on this post. (https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/...ml#post5770658
Would your brake-clearing issue be fixed with hubcentric spacers?

As far as the fitment, photos are below... When it hits the caliper, i still had ~0.75" to mate with the rotor and I since they poke out already, i think that an 1" spaceer would hit the fender arch on bumps... I also added a photo where the wheels resting on measuring tape just to see what it could've been.
Last photo is of the VERDE AXIS V99's that I just bought instead. Loving the gunmetal against silver look, even though i was very skeptical of the darker wheels. I've never been a big fan... till now

Haha, no way! That's exactly where I saw them too. Although IND is no longer in production so I had to settle for IND-T's.

Too bad the IND-Ts didn't work out. Where they 18s or 19s? They remind me of the CLK-Black Series rims.

the verdes' look much nicer. it shows your big calipers better. those multi-spokers look nicer on car with no brembos.

Glad I read this. I myself am interested in the same wheels. Safe to assume any other offsets that they offer such as +25 would not clear the bbk as well ?

I dont think so, no. I ended up buying a set to try and it wasnt even close to fitting in the front. I didnt even try the back.
