Troubleshooting heated/vented seats not working.

I was told that it could either be the control module on the dash, the seat heaters or the module located on the drivers side floor. Diagnostic did not pinpoint the source. Any ideas???

It could be any of them. Could also be the power supply from the passenger side sam. The fuse in the cabin fuse compartment could be blown. Proper diagnosis can pinpoint the problem though.

Can you explain the sam. How would it be assessed?
I checked fuses so that's out of the equation.

Did you have power to the fuses?
Are either of the functions working?(heat/vent)
Do you have access to wiring diagrams, and a multimeter?

The heat and vent work. I have a multimeter but didn't check the fuse power.

None of the features work. No lights at all for vent or heat. The functions are totally dead. Is there anything else I can check?
