for the past few days with the cold weather in N CA upon start up while my car has been sitting outside until the car warms up the steering is heavy and making almost a whining noise.

Anyone else having this issues - i know its not that cold here in N CA, but still not normal compared to the last year of summer all year.

I did last year. all I had to do is top up the power steering fluids and it was gone instantly
