I just did my plugs last weekend and I went one step colder and OMG what a difference. I have 06 55 with 80k on it. mods are mbh headers, primary cat and res delete with x pipe, 010 pump, smaller pulley, bwk, EC tune. car felt good after all that but slightly rough idle and just didn't feel mean enough for what I had. did colder plugs and bam! NGK IRIDIUM IX LFR7AIX2309. they sell them at most auto parts stores but I go mine from large online retailer for cheap.

it took me about 2.5 hours from the time I popped my hood to the time I closed it. I pulled air filters and y pipe plus wires and coil packs. as long as you have correct tools its a breeze. for me personally it was a night and day difference. also I have only sec cats and my O2 sensors were throwing codes even with bung extenders on the O2 sensors and since plug change NO CODES!!!!

Get some anti seize to put on the new plugs too. Swivel isn't needed. I have a short and long socket extension and between the two didn't have any issues,

I read somewhere not to use that as there is a coating of some sort on the plugs already! I don't know if that's accurate or not.
