Longtube Headers and X pipe $900 shipped in the USA
#103
This a bolt on kit. Exept to massage and the dent the heat shields on motor mount for some more space, and take of first floor heat cover to find the gasoline tubes and move them a bit. I like the sound and the power, even I haven't remapped at this point. Just to buy this set, I actually think people are a little stupid if they don`t...

Is the stock studs need to be changed?
Hello Shardul,
For this headers install, the stock studs look short to tighten the nuts. Please see the photo.
What is the solution?

All flanges are the same size on the headers. I dont think so anyone has had any issues. You also on the FB group there are multiple pics of install pics and feedback etc etc

All tech questions can be answered by ProjectB5.com. This should not be any new info to you since you contacted to them to get a price quote before.

You should get new studs

The nuts are m8 I believe, a good parts guys should be able to find them.
I would replace all 32 studs and nuts. They are copper and stretch on the bolt. They do not need excessive tightening.
