You might check carmax. They have good extended warranties, price it, and be sure it's offered on the E63. You don't say what year, this is the w211 forum so 2007 to 2009?

I'm looking for a W211 E63, figured it may get more traction here than the classifieds. CarMax has great warranties available, but their performance cars are usually way above market value unfortunately.
