Just picked up a Wagon....

So I just picked up a brand new 2015 E63 Wagon (will attach pics soon), it's black on black and looks beautiful. So I drove it off from the dealer lot, loved the sound, especially on the downshift. Did notice some jerkiness on 3rd and 5th gear. Tried all the transmission modes and the jerkiness is there with S+ and Manual mode. Not a harsh clunk mentioned in other thread, but noticeble. So drove it for 30~40 miles, parked it admired it. Then restarted and noticed significant throttle lag that was not present earlier. Now I understand what people meant by throttle lag. I'm a bit dissappointed by this to be honest. I'm sure this topic's been beaten to death. Just wondering what's the latest opinion/solution on this issue? Thanks.

'14 E63S, '13 G550, '06 E320 cdi, and a bunch of other stuff.
So I guess this means you won't be adhering to the factory break in procedure of only using part throttle?
