Different Weistec & Renntech ECU location

Rennetch website shows the ecu on top of the engine whereas Weistec shows it behind the right front fender liner. Which is the right one?

i mean you could probably just pop your hood and see. i would assume weistec is correct since they have an actual instruction for the 12/13. it looks like the renntech instruction had it for just the 14 i think. I know mine was right on top of the engine and easy to get to.

The 2015 is on top for sure, just got mine EC tuned the other day and saw the removal. I believe the 2012-2013 is inside the wheel well behind the liner.

It's been discussed in detail already, but you are looking at the 2010-2011 manual which is the 6.3L naturally aspirated engine.

See link below for the version you are looking for.
