When I went to leave work this afternoon, the car ( a 2011 E63 ) was dead. I called my mechanic and he will have it delivered to him in the morning. I only have one battery up front with a place for a second one in the tire well. When did these cars stop having two batteries?

Same happened to me, but my voltage regulator was bad. There is an Aux battery located behind/under the fuses on the driver side of the dash. Its supposedly for the shifter if the main one goes out
