Project Turbo upgrades

Guys i know all of you are waiting for someone to step in and do this mood

so i wanted to share this with you all, i have ordered those Turbos about three weeks ago and didnt want to start putting it on the forum untill i get the turbos in hand. So today is day one since i got those turbos my engine has been pulled out of the car three days ago and it has been waiting on the bench for today, this is not an easy installation since its all custom made, expected completion of this project and getting results is somewhere next week. We have dynoed my car earlier with its ECU upgrade and had constent 550WHP on a dynojet, so hopefully we get somewhere north of 600WHP after i get everything completed. So your prayers for all of us

Mo, As always you set the bar over in Dubai when it comes to modding these benzes!!!

WOW! Now that is a scary scene, not sure if I'm ready to see my brand new car ripped apart like that lol, It only has1902 miles on it , Good luck and keep us posted!!

I definitely understand your point, for Mo, this is regular routine. The man has a Brabus Bullit and still needs more power in his stable.

The transmission doesn't need any upgrading we are going to limit the torque at 1100NM the same as what's Brabus are limiting it on their cars

To gain some you lose some let's see what happens I feel confident with the transmission and all it would end up doing fine

Nice, how much power your you expecting to get out of the larger turbos?

i see you are using the same stock manifold !! or is it larger ??

Its great that you are installing larger turbos to your engine, but are you tuning for it?. Make sure that you tune for the bigger turbos and that your tuner is able to do so. If you dont, you will lose power Guranteed. I hope you are successful. Good luck

Turbos are garretts, the manifolds are the same as oem, I am not into turbo sizes but I know the new wheels are larger by 30% and trust me I wouldn't think of doing any of this without having a tuner at stand by (Digi-Tec DXB), of course I would lose power if I don't get a tune with more fuel and boost.

We will take her to the limit and then put some safety margin, but numbers aren't on the table yet depends on how efficient we can cool the charged air and on how good are the injectors for

and most importantly I want my car to be a daily driver so let's wait and see, the tuner flys in Sunday and will have some results by Monday with dyno sheets and all.
