Engine Stutter OBD scan posted
Hi I have 2007 CLS550. Recently while the car is standing still, the car's engine has a very noticeable stutter, like its missing a beat. I also notice this while driving, but not as much. Its much more noticeable when standing still. The car has ~78K miles on it. The check engine light is on.
Here are the readings from MaxiScan MS309:
1) P0353 $07E8 Ignition Coil C Primary/Secondary Circuit
2) P0303 $07E8 Cylinder 3 Misfires detected
Is this likely to be problem in the coil only. Should I only change that or can it still be a problem in the coil or spark plugs? Local store is charging $110 for diagnostics only.
Also is it safe to drive the car like this? It might be tough for me to repair till after the weekend and I will drive a decent bit for work over the wekeend
Thanks in advance for the help!

You can drive it. Should you? Probably not. I'd change the coil and the associated plugs as they are probably fouled from the cool not firing properly, clear the codes and see what occurs.

Also may be an issue of wires so while you're at it change the wires as well. If they're original they may be less than 100% because of the heat generated by engine and exhaust manifold.
