Door handles!

When I bought he car from a MB dealer, the passenger door handle was opening but not locking (the button doesn't lock). later I took it to the dealer and they said it the handle is defective and needs to be replaced. so we replaced it under warranty.
Couple of days ago, the driver door handle stopped working! no locking nor unlocking!
Does anyone had a similar experience with door handles? am I doing anything wrong that is ruining handles? knowing that the car is extremely pampered.
Any thoughts?

Yes all the time it's a known problem. I diy'd the four handles twice and finally just said hell with it. Poor construction design and they accumulate water and self destruct.

It's really irritating to have such problems with Benz cars!
I had before this car a 2011 Lexus RX350, leased for 4 years. The car didn't have any issue what so ever! I've even abused it with aggressive driving style, and didn't clean it for weeks. Even my Mazda 2 was so much reliable!
My CLS63 is literally babied beyond believe. And every month there is something new breaking down!!!
I'll book the car in the next service to look after this problem beside the lifter tapping I hear from my M156.

Thanks for the feedback bro

Handles on these cars are terrible. After replacing 3 of 4 handles, I gave up on the key-less go feature. Wasn't my problem anymore

There is no reason why you can't remote unlock the car. Too many useless electronic features that have a very limited life due to poor design and are extremely expensive when you consider that the problem is just a non replaceable shorted out sensor in the door handle due to improper waterproofing and the rest of the handle works fine and the vehicle can be remotely locked and unlocked. Just goes to show that if you're gonna do something do it right, something MB seems to have forgotten.
