Luke: PS2 Run Flats on E63?

I see a lot of M3 guys getting rid of their 18" OEM setup that comes with Michelin PS2 run flats which are:
F: 245/40/18
R: 265/40/18

I am interested in changing over to Michelin Tires on my E63 wagon and live in New England where the roads blow, so I like the idea of Run Flats.

Two question:
1. (Aside from complaints about ride quality) Will run flat tires (RFT) work on OEM E63 wheels?
2. The fronts are a dead match for the size, but the rear E63 stockers are 265/35/18. Are there any concerns with rubbing if these were put on the back?

Thoughts please & thank you.

Drives: depends on the weather
#1.) the PS2 does not come in a 265/40-18 runflat
#2.) the E90 (2008 - 2010) M3 does not come with runflat tires
#3.) 265/40-18 will not fit properly on your car
