Need help Indentifying Carlssons

I was hoping you guys could give me more info on these wheels. they are 17" Carlsson 1/6's +30 and +35 offsets. Can you guys tell me what they were originally intended for and if they have any value?

there should be a serial number on them. Find the serial # and call Carlsson usa and they will help you
