Replaced front driver side caliper now brakes don't work properly, and ESP Inoperativ

So yesterday I replace my front driver side caliper due to the original leaking.
Now I have to pump the brakes a couple times just to brake and build pressure. I checked the fluid lever and its fine.
And now I get ESP Inoperative.

What do you guys think it could be?
After doing a little research on here I see a common issues are STEERING COLUMN CONTROL MODULE.

Thanks for your help
