Based on recommendations from many on this forum, I installed the Akebono Euro 1223 brake pads on my W216 CL550. With the OEM pads I was literally cleaning my wheels every other day due to brake dust. With the new pads, the brake dust is nearly non-existent! The stopping power and grip is not quite that of OEM, but very close. Wish I'd done this months ago!
