How wide a tire can a W211 E55 AMG take?

How wide a tire can a W211 E55 AMG take?
I'm considering purchasing used ML63 Rims and tires. They're 295/35R21 to put on a 2003 E55.
Compared to the 2003 E55's front 245/40R18 and rear 265/35R18 they're about 3.83 inches higher in total diameter. Will that fit on the E55?
Expecting perhaps it would work on the rears fine but will the fronts rub against the wheel well? If so, would spacers help on the front or will that really offset the car balance and driveability with the tires a little further out?
