Refurbishing monoblocks

Just a quick basic question, does refurbishing a set of original AMG hammers lose it's value?

Mine (not from picture) has extensive gutter rush & peeling from the center sta r, that I want to have removed & repaired professionally, but I'm unsure if this devalues the wheels in case I want to sell them in the future. Any feedback is appreciated

A set of worn wheels wont really lose value if the refinishing is done well. Especially if there is no structural issues, just cosmetics.
Something to consider - those are not AMG hammers.

Thanks for your reply.
