Tire pressure 2014 ML350 2w confusion

Seems I have 3 choices to use for tire pressure. 2 on the driver's door jamb, and 1 inside on the fuel fill door. What am I missing here? Thanks.

Use the last between 32 and 41 PSI. Thats what I use as a reference. I run 36 in all tires.

I had the same issues with both my 2012 & my 2014. I have been running 40 psi in front tires & 42 psi in the rear. Today I just replaced my Continals after 51,711 miles & 4.5 mm still remaining. I rotate tires every 5K miles & also use nitrogen instead of air.
