Can I use staggered wheels on a 4matic
I Have A 2008 Mercedes S550 4Matic. I know you can put staggered wheels under 3%. But I'm really lost on how to do the math. I would love someone to help me with a simple yes or no because too many answers tend to confuse me.
I was interested in buying a used pair of 22in Stock wheels. The Front tires are 235/30/22 & The Rear Tires 295/25/22. All same brand and thread. Can I put these wheels on my car being 4matic without any malfunction or problems?

Check with the tire manufacturer that you plan to use. They can give you the tire diameter and circumference. Those are the measurements that you need to compare front verses rear.

I have a CL550 4Matic and run 245/35/21 front; 285/30/21 rear. The difference in overall diameter is negligible per the calculator. Running staggered set up within 3% difference in diameter should pose no issues whatsoever.

It gave me two options on my model, as submodels:
245/45/R17 8.5X17 and 8X17

Both gave me 0.14%(too slow) front and 1.49%(too fast) rear.
Is that still fine to go with it?
