2009 W212 E350 cdi airmatic
2009 W212 E350 cdi airmatic too stiff suspension
Recently I had my car serviced at a MB dealer workshop. It was a rotine service and I had no complaints. Nevertheless they discovered a defective intercooler hose and replaced it. They also replaced all the brake pads.
Unfortunatelly the car came out with the suspension 1 cm higher and much stiffer. So the confort that I so much appreciated disapeared. I claimed twice and both times the car stayed at the shop but they couldn't resolve the problem and gave me no satisfactory explanations on the problem's cause.
Could you please give me a tip on what has happened and the way to solve it?

I have a problem with the airmatic suspension that for some unknown reason became stiffer and 1cm higher.
Is there any way to soften the airmatic suspension?
Thanks.
