Found nice torx screws at Lowes after seeing some Audi and BMW shifter trim shots on Pinterest. After disassembling the plastic trim, I Pre drilled the holes starting with a 1/16 bit, and 2nd round with a 3/32 bit so as not to cause cracking when drilling the screws down. 5 minutes overall.
