A New Video Makes Mercedes-AMG E63 S Wagon Even More Drool-Worthy

Nothing appeases the senses like hearing a car running loose in the wild.

Sure, that’s not really groundbreaking news. But as huge fans of burly-sounding exhaust notes, we love stressing it anyway. And the new 2018 Mercedes-AMG E63 S Wagon certainly has that, as highlighted in the video above.

Not that our senses haven’t already been going bananas over the new Mercedes. Especially after learning that the new E63 Wagon will be sold here in the U.S., as detailed in a Jalopnik report.

After all, the E63 S Wagon is essentially a sports car masked as a four-door family hauler. So it’s easy to convince your significant other that it’s practical. You need look no further for proof of that sportiness than the Wagon’s 0 – 60 mph time, which comes in at about 3.4 seconds flat. That’s thanks to the 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 that makes 603 horsepower and 627 lbs.-ft. of torque.

The new all-wheel drive AMG Wagon is also equipped with a drift mode to satisfy that occasional itch you might get to break away from the everyday, traditional drive. And we fully expect the inside of the new Mercedes to be as enticing as its growl.
