S Class 6 New S Class to be Released in the Market

By now you might’ve heard hat Maybach lost about $500 thousand on each unit sold. Thus, Mercedes is axing the brand. Those stuck with hundreds of thousands of dollars and nothing to spend it on are in luck, however, as Mercedes has announced a five model expansion of the S-Class.

Replacing the Maybach 57 and 62 will be two new Pullman S-Class models. These long wheelbase limousines have served as armored cars in the past for Mercedes and are likely aiming to address the demand for apocalypse-proof luxury sedans that Maybach left behind.
Other models include a cabriolet, a long wheelbase model, and  a coupe model that will likely replace the CL by 2014. A new range of engines is said to equip these line where a turbocharged 1.8L petrol should be expected.
So long Maybach and hello new S-Class! Share your thoughts in the forum!
