Mercedes-Benz C-Class: Most Stolen Luxury Car

When you own a C-Class you’re showing your fellow motorists you’ve got good taste. Don’t be offended when car thieves steal your C-Class because they’re showing their appreciation for your good taste.

Data from the National Crime Information Center ranks the Mercedes-Benz C-Class number one of the top-10 most stolen luxury cars. Mercedes-Benz was the automaker to make the most appearances on the list: the E-Class came in fourth place, and the S-Class was ranked the 10th most stolen.

By comparison, BMW appeared twice on the list with its second-ranked 3 Series, and sixth-ranked 5 Series.

While it is alarming to hear that the car you drive is well-regarded by crooks, at the very least, it is an indicator you own something desirable, and that should help you feel about 0.001 percent better.
