Mercedes-Benz CLA in Project Cars 2

Ahead of the Project Cars 2 Sept. 22 release, we’re giving you exclusive, in-game shots of all the video game’s Benzes.

When Project Cars landed in 2015, it signaled a new march forward in the simulation racing game genre. It blended the beauty and style of Forza Motorsport with the unforgiving physics of something like iRacing to create one of the best racing sims this generation. With support for VR, various racing wheels and motion rigs, it became the de facto tool for practicing racers around the world. Now we are getting a second iteration of the game in a few weeks, and we were offered the chance to check out some pre-release code.

And just like last time, we wanted to bring you shots of every Mercedes currently included in the game. And there’s good news for fans of the three-pointed star. Whereas the first Project Cars only included nine Mercs after the extra DLC cars, Project Cars 2 already has thirteen different cars from your favorite brand.

Now, the game is still very much a work in progress, so don’t mind a few little graphical inconsistencies here or there. We’re still more than a month away from the scheduled release date, so there’s plenty of time for the team at Slightly Mad Studios to polish things up. That said, we still think the game looks great, and can’t wait to see the finished product after everything is buffed to a mirrored sheen.

So without further ado, allow us to step out of the way and let you gander through our gallery of Mercedes vehicles from Project Cars 2, all in full 4K glory.

These Project Cars 2 images were secured using pre-release beta code provided by Slightly Mad Studios. All images captured at 4K on the Project Stingray PC using maximum available settings.
