Mercedes Road Rage Incident Goes Kung Fu

This Mercedes motorist in Russia uses some creative karate moves to fight off a bat-wielding truck driver.

If you ever find yourself in some crazy road rage situation, here’s a bit of advice: Never, ever exit your vehicle. It’s a good rule to live by, especially if your Kung Fu skills aren’t quite up to par.

Now, that might seem like an odd thing to say. But after watching this video, we think you’ll probably agree.

The clip, which was shared by The Mirror, shows a Russian Mercedes driver resorting to Martial Arts to fight off a bat-wielding trucker. At one point, it looks like a roundhouse kick might even get the best of the trucker. Then the Mercedes driver slips and falls on the wet pavement. The trucker lunges at the guy with the bat, but the Mercedes driver quickly hops up, positioning himself for another fighting maneuver.

The entire thing was caught on video by another driver’s dash cam. As you might expect, the clip has since gone viral.

Luckily, another motorist steps in to calm the two down before things really get out of hand. Well, relatively speaking, considering that things had already reached the point of karate and baseball bats.

But the incident could have been a lot worse, making it impossible or too dangerous for anyone to intervene. It appears that the drivers even managed to avoid getting the police involved. That’s probably for the best, considering both men likely would’ve been charged with some kind of crime. Especially since the Mercedes driver initiates the whole confrontation.

Either way, it’s a scary reminder of the dangers of road rage.
