Revealing New Photos of AMG’s New C63 Coupe
The new Mercedes C63 coupe is, by far, one of the most eagerly anticipated cars of the year. While we’ve already been introduced to what the C63 sedan looks like and sounds like, the two-door C63 has been a closely guarded mystery. Mercedes has spent the last month giving us little snippets and teasers that show off hints and angles of the new car, but not the whole thing. Now, however, with six newly released photos, Mercedes has dropped one of its biggest previews of the new AMG tuned C63 coupe yet.
Mercedes and AMG are getting ready for the full reveal of the car on August 19. The new AMG coupe will most likely use the same 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 found in the C63 sedan and the AMG GT sportscar.
From the photos, we can see the new C63 coupe looks to be the tail happy monster we all came to know and love in the previous generation. Although, I’m personally not so sure about the rear end of the car. In my opinion, the last generation C63 coupe wasn’t as good looking as the sedan, and it seems that this new generation may follow that same styling. However, I’m currently not in the market, but if I was, I’d probably get the last generation.
