A large monitor replaces the traditional rear view mirror and delivers a continuous, wide-angle video feed from the rear camera. The view automatically switches to either side mirror-mounted camera depending on which direction you’re signaling. When you’re ready to turn in for the evening, the rear sofa and side seats transform into a bed with the push of a button. There’s plenty of space for two adults, but because the bed is actually three seats laid flat, you might find yourself slipping into crevices or rolling onto the metal seat frames — a memory foam mattress topper will easily solve the issue.

We wrapped up our weekend with the Airstream by hosting a picnic-style bridal shower on the cliffs of the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
