I’ll say it again: the W205 C-Class was old news long before its official Web unveiling, so while the headlines about the new C-Class are still drying, let’s look into the renderer’s crystal ball to see how future C-Class variants will look.

When it goes on sale next fall, the new C-Class will offer a 235-horsepower, 2.0-liter turbocharged I4, and a 329-horsepower, turbocharged 3.0-liter V6. Both engines will be mated to a seven-speed automatic and 4MATIC all-wheel drive, but we predict the upcoming C-Class variants will bring more powertrain options than the two initially being offered.
