The latest model of the Cabriolet and E-Class Coupe of Mercedes-Benz offer a unique design, cost-effective engines and an all-new assistance system. The latest four-cylinder BlueDirect engine of the E-Class Coupe also gives it an ecologically-friendly and efficient design due to its direct injection system. The two new Mercedes-Benz vehicles will be available at prices that start at around 42,600 euro for the E-Class Coupe and around 47,699 euro for the Cabriolet.
As you’ll see in gallery, Barcelona played host recently not to a sporting event but to a couple of brawny Germans, specifically a pair of strapping E63 AMG S-Models. In a game of one-upmanship, Mercedes released the S-Models to silence would-be challengers to the “normal” AMG cars. As if a 560 horsepower E-class sedan would be too boring. Nevertheless, the E63 AMG S-Model boasts of 585 horsepower, so the benchmark that is (was?) the M5 really has its work cut out for it.

Thanks to the unending parade of spyshots, Mercedes enthusiasts know that the current E-Class is getting a facelift. And as facelifts go, not much is expected by way of drivetrain improvements. Usually, one sees a modest bump in output, or some extra fuel efficiency in terms of mileage. Nope. Gold vinyl still doesn’t look good. Mercedes gets a pass here though because the color is appropriate for the Cannes film festival. The fleet of gilded limos and SUVs are intended as a tribute to the 65th annual Palme d’or, the highest award available at famous festival.
