We love old Mercedes. Not only do they have a immortal styling, but they were built like tanks. They weren’t, however, known for having a lot of power and while they were always luxurious and cool, they were never really fun. Don’t tell that to this guy though.

Nope. Gold vinyl still doesn’t look good. Mercedes gets a pass here though because the color is appropriate for the Cannes film festival. The fleet of gilded limos and SUVs are intended as a tribute to the 65th annual Palme d’or, the highest award available at famous festival.
