Always Entertaining & Informative ‘Where’s Shmee’ Euro Tour Visits BRABUS
YouTube personality Shmee150 has an excellent video column where he tours bespoke performance tuning companies and then samples the goods. Lucky for us, Shmee hits up Brabus in the episode below.
Around Europe and throughout the whole tuning world, Brabus is a household name and considered as close to an OEM manufacturer as you can be in the aftermarket industry, particularly for Mercedes-Benz. Moreover, Brabus produces big gains. But they’re not just a power producer, but also an all-inclusive tuning company that reimagines the vehicle throughout.
For his visit, Shmee starts in Brabus’s large car park, giving overviews of factory Mercedes-Benzes ready to be doctored, as well as full Brabus vehicles readying for delivery. After he points out G-Classes, GLEs, S-Classes and C-Classes, Shmee enters the pretty showroom that also doubles as an art gallery of past projects. Then he takes a look into the build center, or what I like to call the speed garage assembly plant.
After his tour of Brabus HQ, Shmee heads back out to the car park for a couple thorough walk-arounds of cars he’s interested in buying. First up, he touches upon the Brabus C650, pointing out the new front fascia, aero bits, carbon inserts, wheels, and suspension before taking a look inside. Beautiful work with the yellow accenting of the Alcantara and leather. Shmee next looks at the GLE 850 and the spacey Brabus Business Lounge Sprinter Van, which both capture luxury and speed properly.
