5-speed transmission jolt
P-B-27.20.78 AUG06 – 722.6 (5-speed) transmission, vehicle jolt at constant speeds or during gentle acceleration when torque converter clutch is applied. If not reproducible with the torque clutch deactivated using SDS path and no glycol is present in the transmission oil (DTB P-B-27.55/50f MAR06) flush the transmission oil and replace pan gasket, filter, sealing rings and restore proper function to the torque converter clutch.

Thanks Konigstiger!
Perhaps this would apply to my situation? Recently I had a list of issues that I took my car in for and posted on 8/9/06 https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w211/158523-problem-list-continues-grow-my-first-gripe.html
One of which was "transmission jerks or shifts at incorrect points sometimes". Dealer could not replicate and no action was taken. Most of the time my transmission works fine, but sometimes it does not act right.
