My Mercedes is the best of all. It is a 1993 Mercedes 190E. When I drive around, everyone says "Look! There goes Mrs. Favia in her Mercedes! Woo Woo!" I also have purchased a 2003 BMW 745Li Sedan.

As well they should. The W201 was the best selling Mercedes until it was replaced by the C-Class and also had an impressive international racing career including endurance runs, rallying and touring car racing.

What made you go with the BMW instead of another Benz. An E500, E55 or S-Class would have been nice. Did you get the 12cyl. engine or the 8?

We are having a similar discussion in the W202 forum. In terms of quality and reliability, post 2000 BMW's are WAY better than Benz.
