I finally decided to seal my leaking sun roof after several failed attempts to fix the leakage (had it welded shut during bodywork)
Due to the prolonged leakage from the sunroof, the liner is in really bad shape, all torn and messed up.
i've bought a used lining and visor board (off some scrapyard, pics attached)
I can see the lining i bought has about 5 steel rods embedded in the fabric, in the car i can only make out one rod embedded to the rear of the liner.
(remember there's a now sealed sun roof in the middle)
Please has anyone done this before? what do i need to look out for and how exactly do i install this liner

Made some progress over the weekend. i removed the old head liner and the sliding roof panel.

Finally got the liner fixed up, though with a few wrinkles



Had to make do with glue at the rear window top.<br/>though instructions say "REMOVE REAR WINDOW (67 - 200), i couldn't summon enough courage for that yet
