What is this look?
 

The red car. Are these some aftermarket fender flares? They almost go all the way to the top of the fender compared to the other car below. Can this body kit be applied to any 190e?

Its a stock Evo 1 190e. It can be installed on any 190 but you have to cut the fenders.
