Hi all, Im just trying to get my fuel pressure right on my 190E 2.0 and ive got a gauge hooked up to the cold start port and the plugged port on the distributor. At first it was giving me a reading but after adjusting EHA the gauge keeps showing me the same 5.1 bar with the valve on the cold start side closed or open, and the car is still at 40c, same issue when warmed up. At this point i have tried 2 different EHA's, seals replaced, ive made adjustments, bled the system of air and still cannot get the pressure gauge to change the reading with the valve on the CSV line side closed/open. Need some help really lost at the moment and havr no idea what i could be doing wrong. The gauge works as when i bleed air it drops to 0 bar and then rapidly raises after i stop bleeding air. Maybe ive done something wrong. Photos of setup and video below:
Are you following the instructions that may have come with the dual gauge? It only works one way to read both pressures. I believe there is a check valve in there as well as the manual valve to avoid the system pressure bleeding in to the chamber pressure. If hooked backwards it does not work. I have a photo for a 6 cylinder version. I will post below. You can double check if yours is correct.
