Lowered on H&R springs :PICS:
Had H&R springs installed 2 days ago at FX Auto Design. They did a very clean job at a great price, Highly recommended.
Just need to wait a week or 2 so the springs could settle in a little more.
Here are some pics....

Looks amazing... congrats for pulling the trigger AMG!! You are also lucky to be local to FX, so you can take advantage of their install deal.
BTW, did you used the OEM thicker rear spring pads? Your rear drop looks even with the front... like mine.

I was on the fence about installing the springs for a while but finally pulled the trigger.
I am using the stock pads in the rear and It looks pretty even.
Have your springs settled lower since you've installed them or are they the same height from day one?
I would love to be at cars and coffee but I have a ton of work to do this weekend. However, I am planning on going later on this month.
I will PM you when I do, we can even meet up with a few C63's prior to heading out there.

Wheel well is not that hard since the car is not slammed... the problem I find is when comes the time to apply armor all on the tires, gotta be careful not to touch/mess the fenders.

Tints would have been the first thing I would do to the car aesthetically, but cops are pretty strict in CA. I had a bunch of tickets with my Escalade because of tints and I just want to deal with the hassle.
Thanks Fares, Glad you could drop by that day.
The ride feels pretty much the same as stock, handling seems a little better but that's about it.
Hopefully next time we hang out you will have your 997 Turbo.
Thanks!!
Ive realized this as well, If the rear settles lower then the front then I will probably get #4 pads.
I haven't really went all out cleaning the wheel wells since I know its gonna get dirty the first minute I start driving. I usually rinse it down with the pressure washer.

Thanks Sun!!
Hopefully we will run into each other on the streets.
Thank you sir!!
Yes, FX is in N. Hollywood and they are offering $450 for the whole 9 yards (springs+instal) It took them around 1.5-2 hours for the instal.
It really is a great price, that's the main reason why I went with FX.
Thanks brother!!
Faresuae's car looks really nice in person.
Thanks man!
I think the Arkym front lip will complete the look.

Was going to mod my car, but will keep it stock a little longer. Wanted to do HR spring, but I just scraped my bumper this afternoon in a downtown parking lot going slower than 1mph. Going in was fine, going out was not. Drop+Arkym=Destroyed CF. Gonna save that money for my father's SLK63. Stock still looks good!
