Hey my drivers rear door speakers aren't working

last night i started my car and the rear tweeter starting popping and crackling. It wouldnt stop even with the radio off. The only time the noise would stop was when i lifted my foot off the accelerator.

any ideas what it could be? I checked the circuit board of the karmon amplifier and there was the smallest bit of corrosion tried cleaning it off to no success
