Not a good long-term solution. The tow hook plate I bought off Amazon was used to pass the initial safety check when I took delivery of my new 18 GTS. To get a tight fit with the provided screw into the tow-hook receptacle, I had to bend the license plate so it wouldn't scratch the protuberant Panamericana grill and the screw was still a little loose in the end. Worked for the 5 minute inspection and it was fine for me as I abhor running a front plate and removed it promptly. YMMV.

There's gotta be a tow hook plate holder out there that is more secure than a ghetto-rigged setup used just to pass safety/inspection/registration, right? Where is the tow hook on the GTR?
