Two weeks isn’t going to drain your battery.
Not sure if mb cars can be trickle charged trough a cigarette plug but that’s how I trickle charge all my cars.
I didn’t know the GTR has a lithium batter, my GT3RS had one and I used this to keep it charged: https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/CHARGER2.html

It does. You might want to consider this: https://smartercharger.com/products/...ek-lithium-us/

The AMG GTR comes with the the battery charger.
It's in the box in the trunk, you should've gotten this when you took delivery.
There is an outlet in the hatch. Plug into outlet in hatch, close hatch, plug charger into electric outlet, done. Enjoy your trip.

I don’t have to push any buttons or anything and leave it in there for three months plugged in?
Is there a disadvantage of not plugging it in for three months
