Highest mileage GT here? Would you consider buying a high mileage example?
Hey guys. I don't have a GT but considering to buy one. A GTS came onto the market with 30K miles for 95K. Considering I've been offered one for 90K with ceramic brakes before but missed out half a year ago with only 8k miles, I think this one is a little overpriced. It's at the dealer and it is CPO. I haven't seen a GT on the market with this many miles of course, but considering it's a early 2016, it's 2 years old now, so I guess it was a daily driver 15K miles a year.
I don't think that's a competitive price, or if I should even consider it if it's only a little more for a low mileage example. What do you guys think? What would be a fair price to pay for this if I decided to go for it?
Thanks for your time guys

Miles are miles. Give it a good once over. My GTS has 4K miles and I bet at 20K miles it will be better cared for and will have had to withstand less abuse than some 3K mile cars.
I bought mine w 3K miles...one small scratch on the back bumper..one tiny nick on one rim .. zero wear on the tires and the brakes and the interior was 10/10. Don't buy from a kid or a track rat.

My 2016 Edition 1 GPS has 36K miles and runs perfectly. It's my daily driver in the Chicago area. I love this semi-exotic car is built to be driven. I wouldn't be afraid of a "higher" mileage car if otherwise in good shape.

I live in the Chicago area as well. My GT should arrive in March 2018. Have you had any issues driving in the winter? Do you have a winter set of wheels/tires or just tires?

I have a separate set of winter wheels/tires. The info is on a separate thread if you search for winter tires. I’ve had no issues even with a few inches of snow. The stock summer tires are essentially unusable and too slippery once the temperature drops below 20 degrees. The Pirelli Sottozeros are amazing! I’ve had them for 3 seasons including this year with minimal wear. Obviously, I am careful to not be too aggressive during turns and braking during icy/snowy conditions. Enjoy the car once you get it!
