Friend of mine has totaled her GTS. Wondering if there is any monetary value to the Owners Manual package and what it might be?

Probably nothing. You can download a PDF version of the manual onto your iPhone for Free. I did. Never cracked the paper version open when i could look things up instantly on my phone.

When my driveshaft let go I found the manual on the hard drive extremely difficult to navigate. Sitting on the side of the road waiting for the tow truck scrolling through the system was a pita. The book was much more user friendly helping me with the tow procedure as I knew the driver had never towed a GTS before. In 30 years you won't believe how valuable that book will be for someone who wants to collect these cars.
