Total GTR annual production
Good eve to all. New to forum and awaiting the arrival of my GTR! Question, what will the annual number built for The GTR model? Dealer mentioned 1000 worldwide....

I can't seem to find a firm number anywhere. Only some of the earlier articles that say 2000. However, MB is telling their sales people that the production is less than the Gt3rs

I also found somewhere that it would be 2000 worldwide but that they wouldn't actually cap it.

If it sells well, I am betting that MB will produce more. I would not hold my breath on the car holding its value like a Porsche GT3 variant.

I think you are right... if there is demand they will produce it as its not a limited edition unit.
