Geez this is confusing. If still in doubt, I wonder if a VIN check by the local dealer is the right way to determine the correct charger.

I believe the correct charger IS the MB one which mysteriously says can charge both Lithium and AGM batteries... how I don't know... but, I've chosen to go the two charger route.
I'm using a dedicated Ctek XS Lithium charger for the big lithium starter battery under the hood... and the MB charger to plug in and maintain the secondary battery which is supposed to be in the trunk... yet, I've been unable to find it.
Either way should be fine as even if there is not a secondary battery, the MB charger can allegedly work for both.
I've seen a few posts on other MB boards where folks have done the same thing - 2 chargers.
